Useful Links
The best website on DBT is from the originator of DBT, Dr Marsha Linehan. Her site has terrific material for both clinicians and clients. For clinicians she has online examples of doing sessions, training, research instruments, recommended reading material, handouts, sleep protocols, all kinds of things.
For clients, there is lots of information on DBT, examples of the treatment, CDs you can buy of her conducting exercises, DVDs of her delivering some sections of Skills Groups, and really good links to patient-focussed websites.
